Welcome to HookFlow. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our iOS mobile application and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using HookFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Subscriptions and Payments (Apple Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)
HookFlow offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. Please read the following terms regarding your subscription carefully:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Cancellations: You must cancel your subscription via iTunes at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
3. License to Use
HookFlow grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Liability
HookFlow is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages associated with your use of the application.
